22 December 2006: BreezeBrowser Pro v1.6.3, DSLR Remote Pro v1.3.1 and Downloader Pro v2.0 RC1 released

BreezeBrowser Pro v1.6.3 improves support for displaying Adobe DNG files, fixes a number of crashes caused by invalid shooting data in JPEG images and fixes LP5 errors on some systems at startup. BreezeBrowser Pro v1.6.3 is a free upgrade for all registered users who purchased a license within the last year.

DSLR Remote Pro v1.3.1 improves reliability with the Canon EOS 20D, 350D/Digital Rebel XT, EOS-1D Mark II, EOS-1D Mark II N and EOS-1Ds Mark II and fixes LP5 errors on some systems at startup. DSLR Remote Pro v1.3.1 is a free upgrade for all registered users who purchased a license within the last year.

Canon today released firmware updates for the EOS-1D Mark II, EOS-1Ds Mark II and EOS-1D Mark II N.
 
The update will allow these cameras to properly recognize the capacity of CompactFlash cards larger than 8GB as well as SD cards that adhere to the SDHC specification.
 
The firmware includes the following improvements: It fixes the phenomenon wherein the camera does not detect the capacity correctly when high-capacity recording media are initialized.

1. SDHC cards with capacities exceeding 2GB (e.g., 4GB, 8GB) are now supported.
2.  The phenomenon wherein the camera cannot correctly detect the capacity of CF cards with capacities exceeding 8GB (e.g., 12GB, 16GB) correctly when they are initialized has been corrected.
